Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Supliful account and clicking "Subscriptions" under your profile image. Please note that refunds are not provided for the remaining days, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
No, once subscribed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle, even if you cancel before it ends.
Yes, you can switch to a different plan by clicking "Subscriptions" under your Supliful profile image. Stripe will automatically calculate the amount already paid and used for the previous plan and adjust the new plan’s price accordingly. The new subscription will be applied immediately to your Supliful account.
If you subscribe to any plan during the free trial, the trial ends, and any remaining free trial days are added to your first month of the subscription. If you purchase the Base plan, the functionality remains the same, and the first month is extended by the unused trial days. If you purchase the Plus or Business plan, the first month will also be extended by the unused trial days.
Yes, you can start selling with Supliful immediately after signing up. Supliful will fulfill all your orders during the trial period. However, if you choose not to subscribe or cancel after the trial period, any orders already in process will be fulfilled, but new orders will be rejected.
