Just ensure that claims avoid suggesting the treatment or cure of any diseases and instead focus on promoting general wellness. Keep claims neutral and aligned with the product details in our catalog for compliance.

You can request additional labels for new products at $30 each. After purchasing, simply provide the names of the new products in the comments on your Notion design page, and our team will get started.
You’ll receive a print-ready PDF and the editable Illustrator file for each product label. These files will be accessible via a Dropbox link once all designs are approved.
The package includes three rounds of revisions. If you need further changes beyond these, you can purchase additional revisions for $20 per specific label or purchase a revision for all labels. Cost varies based on the selected label design package.
To ensure strong brand recognition, a single design concept (e.g., minimalistic, vibrant, bold & dark) is established across products. However, each product can feature unique colors, illustrations, or photos to add variety and make individual items stand out within the cohesive brand look.
We strive for customer satisfaction and provide three rounds of revisions to meet your needs. However, due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not available once design work has begun (24h from submitting a request form). Yes, if you have Adobe Illustrator, you can make adjustments like updating the logo or address, etc. You can also use other PDF editors, such as Canva’s PDF editor, although they may have more limited editing capabilities. Just be sure to outline fonts and embed images before re-saving for print.
Our team typically provides the first draft within 2–4 business days of receiving your completed form. Each revision cycle generally takes 2–3 business days based on the complexity of requested changes.
We follow a streamlined process to create your label: you complete a form, receive an initial draft, and give feedback. We then refine the design based on your input until you approve the final label.
