Which subscription plan do I need to start selling?

We offer three Supliful subscription plans: Base, Plus, and Business.

Our Base plan is all you need to begin selling. If you’d like additional product mockups for your store design, consider upgrading to the Plus plan. These advanced mockups will make your store feel like it has its own branded product photoshoot.

Do I need to have the labels before getting the store design service?

Yes, product labels are essential for us to complete your store setup. Without them, we can’t import products, add quantity bundles, or design a homepage banner featuring your products. If you need assistance with label design, check out our Label Design services.

Will I need to provide content for my Shopify store?

Yes, you’ll need to create content for your store. As the brand owner, it’s your unique opportunity to shape how customers perceive your brand, vision, values, and personality. We’ll share a convenient way for you to provide this content to us.

As we build your Shopify store and product listings, we’ll include all relevant product information, content, and images about our products, as well as all policy pages.

How many revisions will I get in the process?

Our store design service includes one revision. We’ll create the first draft of your store based on your input, and you’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback.

Do I need a branded photoshoot or other assets for the store design?

Not necessarily! We’ll design your homepage using license-free images and videos tailored to your target audience and preferences. If you want, you can swap these assets later with your own branded photoshoot.
