Nobody wants to think about refunds when they're purchasing a product, but sometimes it's a necessary consideration. When it comes to our Shopify theme files, we want to make sure that our customers are aware that once you've received the Shopify theme file, the service is considered consumed and can no longer be refunded.

However, when it comes to our Label Design orders, we do offer a refund option within the first 24 hours or before our designers have started creating your designs. We believe in providing the best possible service to our customers, and we hope that this policy helps to build trust and confidence in our brand.

Once you have submitted the label design form, it will take our design team 2-3 business days to create the first draft.After that, our customer support reps will send you the draft for revision. Once they collect your feedback and forward it to the design team, it will take additional 2-3 business days for them to update the design and apply it to all the requested products.

Please keep in mind that the process might take longer by a few business days if there is a large volume of label requests.

The Kickstart bundle includes 1 design concept and labels for up to 5 products. In other words, we will first send you a design concept draft. After confirming the concept with you, we will adapt the design concept to up to 5 products.

No. The packaging (including the lid color) cannot be customized. Only the label can be customized.
